IMS has overall responsibility for the Operation & Maintenance Schedules, all activities and resource scheduling. Our Maintenance Department directly manages the quality management and support its team for on-time/on-budget maintenance completions.
Our maintenance team is fully responsible for all on and off-site activities related to the Project, including:
- System Installation Design
- Applications Engineering
- Engineering Submittals
- Equipment Selection &Delivery
- Programming &Testing
- Field Engineering
- Record Drawings and Documentation
- Sub-contractor Selection and Management
- Equipment Installation
- Site Startup and Technical Assistance
- Operation & Maintenance Documentation
- System Acceptance and Client Training
Our O&M team assures that all of our project responsibilities and activities are well coordinated with the Design Engineers, Construction Manager, General Contractor, MEP Coordinators, Electrical and Mechanical Trade Contractors, other Equipment & System Suppliers, Procurement & Acceptance Entities, other Project Coordination Points-of-Contact and our Client.
At an appropriate time interval our maintenance team will be arranged for a smooth transition from System Acceptance to the continued local support. The transition will assure that the long-term needs of the client are entertained including: Warranty Support, After Startup Technical Assistance, Continued Training and all Site-Based Local Support.
